Dosing installation

A dosing installation is used as soon as chemicals need to be injected. The simplest application is dosing from IBC containers, but Wazutec also supplies fully automatic systems with recharge injection or injection via day tanks. Polyelectrolyte injections are delivered for liquid product or powder product in 1, 2, or 3 chamber versions.

One example of an injection system is a cleaning-in-place installation for membrane filtration-systems. Wazutec also supplies nutrient injection for biological treatments, salt injection and acid or alkali supply tanks for ion exchange systems. Acid and alkali storage installations for day tank injection are supplied up to 30 m3 in volume in both single- and double-walled versions. Filling systems, injection pumps, injection cabinets, gas washing systems are also in this category.

Performance:

Steel 37, HDPE, PP or Polyester inlined. According to DIN standards only or TUV-prufung on request.
